Finally, we have set-up a registration and payment process. This will be a to step procedure where you will first be asked to provide basic information about yourself and and your talk/paster title and abstract and workshop and fiel trip preferences. After completing this information you will be directed to the official Universidad de los Andes registration and payment page.

Regular registration fees before midnight (Bogotá) december 1, 2013 are:

Professional USD $150, Post Doc USD $100, Student USD $50

Profesional COP $300,000, Post Doc COP $200,000, Estudiante COP $100,000

The scientific committee will assign the 8, 30 min and 16, 15 min talks based on abstracts submitted by then. All other abstracts will be given poster space!

As of december 13th 2013 a up to onsite registration, a late registration fee (33% increase) will be charged:

Professional USD $200, Post Doc USD $133, Student USD $67

Profesional COP $400,000, Post Doc COP $266,000, Estudiante COP $133,000
